It can be stressful when selecting a new colorist, but I hit the jackpot at Escape Spa and Salon. I booked a first time appointment today with Grace (my first time ever at Escape Spa + Salon) and was so impressed and delighted with Grace and the end result hair color! Grace was professional, asked all the right questions and put me at ease immediately while getting "right to work"! Especially nice was the very relaxing scalp massage I received while at the shampoo bowl, which by the way was very comfortable. I initially spoke with Heather at reception to book my appointment, and Heather was cheerful, helpful and very polite while trying to fit me in same day......success!!! Thank you Heather and Grace..... you made my day! I will be back and will definitely recommend you!
