Attire
Robes and slippers are provided at Escape Day Spa + Salon to ensure your comfort throughout your visit.
Facilities
Our beautiful facility has 14 treatment rooms, 2 waiting rooms, locker rooms with showers, a wet steam room, 2 relaxation rooms, a Vichy shower room, a hydrotherapy soak room, a private lunchroom, a meditation lounge, and a full-service hair salon.
Tea Bar
Relax and enjoy complimentary soothing waters, teas, and light snacks – all available in our relaxation rooms.
Lunch
We will gladly arrange a delightful lunch during your visit in our private lunchroom. *Not available on Sundays
Booking Information
Appointment Timing
Appointments begin promptly as scheduled. Arriving late will necessitate a shortened appointment to keep the following sessions on time. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Special Health Considerations
It's important to inform your reservation agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, or if you are pregnant. This ensures we tailor your experience safely and effectively. Note we do not offer any massages in the first trimester, only prenatal in the second and third trimester. And we do not offer soaking services at any stage of pregnancy.

Please inform us of any gender preferences for your spa therapist at the time of booking.

Age Requirements
Children under 18 may visit us by appointment only. A parent must accompany any guest under 18 receiving a treatment. Guests must be 18 or older to receive massage services. Please check with guest services to inquire about appointments for guests under 18.
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations up to 48 hours in advance for single and multiple appointments, including weekends and spa packages. For groups, a 72-hour notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge.
Payment Guarantee
A credit card is required to secure and guarantee all appointments and a deposit may be required.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are considered final sale and expire 5 years from purchase date.
Product Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Returns are subject to inspection and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
